Commitment Coupled,,,

I learnt one thing today. Commitment has to be coupled with desire. It is the most powerful drive anyone can have.

Super sianz today when I heard that people are pulling out at the last minute for the KR Open just hours before we are supposed to set off. Was actually looking forward to it and I know that some of the team are also as much into it as I am. And I do appreciate that. But I dunno whether you know how it feels when you put in so much effort to get something together and only to get tua at the last minute.

Sometimes you just wonder why you put in so much effort for.

We have the desire. But the commitment's lacking. Check out RH and TH. Their players are already training. The season starts now. Not only in January. I have said this many times. Guys, it's time to start. Never too early.

Super busy nowadays with FYP deadline looming and command to prepare for. (They both land on the same damn day!) and that explains why I am blogging so infrequently. Sneaking a break now after supper (cooked by ben). Nice combi of egg, luncheon meat, overly salted asparagus and steamed rice. Simple, yet superb. Thanks por.

Anyway, just a word of thanks for those who turned up. Especially those who showed so much drive and enthusiasm. People like hon, ken, yz, jx and jr. And of coz to the helpers janice and sarah who kept score, time and stats. bid for being the photographer and of coz the supporters. and shiyin for the courts. of cos there is swee yong and cher how who brought down the water container and glue.

nice game. great to play on the alumni team too. hopefully there is many more KR Opens to come. Wonderful.

Back to work. sianz.

For the people who care.
For the people whom you care for.
