IBG?

It just dawn on me the importance of IBG and IHG when I was shitting that day.

Was thinking.. hmm.. haven seen my neighbours lately, less to say my block mates. How I miss the days back in old Kent Ridge. Even during exam period we will just go to the block bench and jio the block for meals. At least the interaction was still there. Well.. now... things are different.

1. we dunno where everybody is most of the time
2. lazy to go floor by floor
3. pple dun eat nowadays, prefer to study instead

Then was thinking.. hmm... if not for IBG we wouldn't even get to know each other. esp between the first years and the seniors. I remember when i was first year, for the first IBG training i saw keith and kee wen for the first time. I was like.. who the flying spider are these 2 guys... oh well, it turned out that we became good friends. too bad kee wen left. i still find him an interesting character... like that teng sen. heh.

then the bonds between the first years and the seniors got even closer during IHG prep period... esp for those in the same sport. so i guess it was good. all the more is the importance of a sports block!!!! or even culture block during production and culture week.

oh well.. again i like to re-emphasize the importance of IBG trainings. Winning is really secondary. No one mind winning but the primary objective is still block bonding. or rather first yrs and seniors integration.

I hope the people left after we leave realise that. only thing to stop the hall spirit from withering. or at least to slow the decay.

I will miss IBG.

ha it's weird man. ppl are always on the MIA list, even during the semester. how many times have we eaten dinner with a few tables filled of eguanas? other than of cos formal dinners..

i seriously dunno where's the problem. cld it be that we're not taking enough initiative to start the ball rolling?

ppl blame it's the new campus that prevents us to be interactive like in Old KR. like u noe u can only see ur floor ppl n nothing else.

times have changed, we have to change.
