a. your No.3 pants starts to feel tight. esp at the butt
b. you have belly wrinkles (where the fats at ur belly is enough to form 2 distinct layers)
c. you have the sudden urge to exercise
d. you pant after walking 400m
e. you feel guilty after every meal
f. you feel like vdr is not fat anymore
g. have the urge to exercise but too lazy to get down to doing it
and that's me i am describing.
i went to play bball two days back but got some pesky kids who flooded the courts suddenly. so i decided to go running (with the basketball). but after two rounds.... AROUND THE CARPARK... i was panting. so i decided to go home. ha.
disgusting.
i went running again today! planned a roughly 3km route. i stopped after about 1.5km. ha. not too bad. feel the grove in running liao. but my lungs couldnt take it. it's the carbon monoxide i tell ya. ha. peak hour = don't run. :P
ya i noe. i am consoling myself.
ok i am tired. shall go bathe.
my parents just jio for dinner.
i shall eat light.
unless it's lobsters. muahaha.
how i miss the days of haw paw villa runs...

superb man. think vdr is going thru the same thing as u. making more effort to run n control diet. or maybe not the latter. hahaha.
